FoundrPad ("we," "us," or "our") is an AI automation consultancy that helps B2B companies grow through automated lead generation, CRM workflows, and AI-powered outreach systems. Our website is foundrpad.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you interact with our website, landing pages, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisements, or any other FoundrPad service.

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. This may include:

  • Contact information: First name, last name, email address, phone number
  • Business information: Company name, industry, website URL, company size, current revenue or growth stage
  • Stated goals & pain points: Information you share in forms or calls about your automation needs and business challenges
  • Communication history: Emails, call notes, and follow-up records
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, browser, IP address (collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools)
  • Ad interaction data: Whether you clicked or engaged with a FoundrPad Meta advertisement

How We Collect Data

We collect data through the following channels:

  • Meta Lead Forms (Facebook & Instagram Ads): When you submit a lead form attached to a FoundrPad Meta advertisement, your contact and business details are captured and forwarded to our systems.
  • Website forms: Contact forms or call-booking flows on foundrpad.com.
  • Calendly: When you book a Growth Mapping Call, Calendly collects your name, email, and any pre-call questions you answer.
  • Direct communication: Emails, WhatsApp messages, or calls you initiate with us.
  • Cookies & analytics: Automatically when you browse our website (see Section 9).

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Booking & delivering Growth Mapping Calls: Your contact details submitted via Meta Lead Forms or website forms are used to schedule and conduct your free 30-minute strategy session.
  • Lead qualification: We run submitted data through AI-assisted workflows (detailed in Section 5) to understand your business context and prepare a relevant Growth Map before your call.
  • Follow-up communication: We may send you emails, proposals, or relevant resources related to your stated interests and the outcomes of your call.
  • Service delivery: If you become a client, we use your data to build, manage, and support your automation systems.
  • Marketing & retargeting: Aggregated or anonymized data may be used to improve our Meta ad targeting. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Legal compliance: To meet applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.

Tools & Data Processors

To deliver our services, your data may be processed by the following third-party platforms. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

Make.com (Integromat)
Automation platform that routes data from Meta Lead Forms into our CRM and notification workflows.
n8n
Self-hosted workflow automation used to enrich, score, and route leads through our qualification pipeline.
HubSpot CRM
Customer relationship management platform where contact records, call notes, and deal stages are stored.
OpenAI (GPT-4 / GPT-5)
AI models used to summarize lead intake responses and generate personalized Growth Map outlines prior to your call.
Anthropic (Claude)
AI models used for lead qualification analysis, content personalization, and workflow intelligence within our systems.
Calendly
Scheduling platform used to book Growth Mapping Calls. Collects your name, email, and pre-call answers.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Advertising platform through which we run Lead Form campaigns. Meta's own data policy governs ad interactions.
Google Analytics
Website analytics for understanding traffic sources and user behavior in aggregate, anonymized form.

We require all third-party processors to maintain appropriate data security measures and to use your data only as instructed by us.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers listed in Section 5 — solely to operate our business and deliver services you requested.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfer — if FoundrPad is acquired or merges with another entity, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance.
  • With your explicit consent — for any other purpose not described here.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Lead inquiries (non-clients): Up to 12 months from last contact, after which records are deleted or anonymized.
  • Active clients: For the duration of the engagement plus 3 years, to fulfill legal and tax obligations.
  • Meta Lead Form data: Synced to our CRM within 24 hours; raw Meta records are subject to Meta's own retention schedule.
  • Website analytics: Aggregated data retained for up to 26 months per Google Analytics defaults.

You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that inaccurate data be corrected.
  • Deletion ("right to be forgotten"): Request that we delete your personal data.
  • Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze traffic. Types of cookies used:

  • Essential cookies: Required for basic site functionality. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics uses these to measure traffic and usage patterns in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google via this mechanism.
  • Meta Pixel: We may use the Meta Pixel to measure ad campaign performance and enable retargeting audiences on Facebook and Instagram. The Pixel may collect your IP address, browser type, and page interactions.

You can opt out of non-essential cookies by adjusting your browser settings or using a tool like AdChoices. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

Meta Lead Forms & Advertising

FoundrPad runs lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Instant Forms. When you submit one of these forms:

  • Your name, email, phone number, and any answers to our qualifying questions are shared with FoundrPad by Meta.
  • This data is routed via Make.com into our CRM and AI qualification workflow.
  • We use it exclusively to book and prepare your Growth Mapping Call.
  • By submitting the form, you agree to FoundrPad's Privacy Policy and consent to have your data processed by our AI automation systems to deliver your Growth Map.

Meta's own data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. FoundrPad is responsible only for data after it is received from Meta.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all web properties
  • Access controls limiting who can view personal data within our systems
  • Use of reputable, SOC 2-compliant third-party processors where available
  • Regular review of data access and storage practices

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
